Introducing Mindful AI: A Kinder, More Practical Way to Learn AI

You are sitting at your desk, coffee in hand, when another headline scrolls across your screen: "AI Is Transforming Every Industry." Your stomach tightens. Not because you doubt it, but because you still have not figured out where you fit in that transformation. You tried ChatGPT once. It was interesting. Then you closed the tab and went back to your regular work.

If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. And you are not behind.

What if there were a way to learn AI that started with your real work, moved at your pace, and respected your values? That is exactly why I created Mindful AI.

Why I Created Mindful AI

As an educator with nearly 20 years of experience, I have watched AI tools explode into every corner of professional life. And I noticed two camps forming: the techno-evangelists who believe AI will solve everything, and the skeptics who want nothing to do with it.

I did not fit neatly into either group. I saw real potential in AI as a practical tool, but I also saw real risks when people use it without thinking. I wanted a middle path: one that is grounded in education, rooted in ethics, and focused on what actually helps people do their work better.

That middle path became Mindful AI.

I have spent the last several years testing AI tools, training professionals across industries, and listening to the real concerns people have. What I kept hearing was not "I do not want to learn AI." It was "I do not know where to start, and I do not trust the people selling it to me." That told me the problem was not motivation. It was access to the right kind of guidance.

My philosophy is simple. AI is a thinking partner, not a replacement. Your judgment, your relationships, your lived experience — those are irreplaceable. AI handles the heavy lifting on drafting, organizing, and brainstorming so you can focus on the parts that only a human can do. When those two things work together, you get better results with less effort and more intention.

Who This Is For

Mindful AI is for non-technical professionals who want to use AI thoughtfully and practically. You might be a teacher, a counselor, a small business owner, a nonprofit program director, a freelancer, or a manager. You are smart, capable, and good at your work. You just have not had a guide for the AI part yet.

You might be someone who has tried ChatGPT once or twice but was not sure what to do next. Or someone who uses AI occasionally but feels like you are barely scratching the surface. Or someone who cares about ethics, privacy, and doing things the right way — and wants to learn AI in a space that takes those concerns seriously.

You might also be someone who has been asked to "figure out AI" for your team or organization and you are not quite sure where to begin. Or someone who wants to use AI at work but wants to do it in a way that is transparent and aligned with your professional standards. Wherever you are on the spectrum, this is a judgment-free space designed to meet you there.

This is not for people looking for shortcuts or ways to fake expertise. It is for people who want to learn a real skill and apply it with integrity.

What I Am Offering

Level Up with AI: On-Demand 4-Week Course ($197)

This is where most people should start. Level Up with AI takes you from wherever you are right now with AI to using it safely, confidently, and practically in your daily work. Over four weeks, you will move from basic questions to drafting, revising, analyzing, and building your first simple AI-assisted workflow.

Each week includes a "build mission" — homework that is designed around things you already need to do, not busywork. By the end, you will have at least one repeatable AI workflow that saves you time every week.

AI as Your Thinking Partner and Project Builder: 4-Week Advanced Cohort ($497)

This cohort is for people who already use AI for writing or basic analysis and are ready to do something bigger. In Project Builder, you will use AI as a co-designer to create one real, deployable asset: a mini-course, a live workshop, or a documented workflow or SOP.

You bring the expertise. AI helps you structure, draft, and refine. The cohort includes ethics review, quality checks, and a simple launch plan so your asset does not just sit on your hard drive. You leave with something you can actually use with your clients, students, or team.

Building Your Own AI Studio: 5-Week Advanced Cohort ($1497 + ~$200 Lab Fee)

If you’re ready to move beyond one‑off prompts and actually build something durable, my Building Your Own AI Studio program is for you. Over five weeks, we’ll choose a specific domain in your practice (like client onboarding, curriculum design, or proposal development) and turn it into a documented AI‑powered studio: a clear workflow map, reusable prompt library, and ethics‑first guardrails, all wrapped in a simple SOP you or a team member can run. By the end, you won’t just “use AI” — you’ll have a reliable, shareable studio system that supports your work the same way, every time.

Individual, Small Business, and Corporate Offerings (Price Varies)

For those who want personalized, one-on-one support for creating and launching AI ecosystems for their personal brand, small business, or company, coaching is available. The waitlist is now open, and spots are limited.

"But What If..." — Your Questions, Answered

"What if I am not technical?"

You do not need to code, program, or understand algorithms. If you can type a question and read an answer, you have the technical skills you need. Both courses are designed specifically for people who do not come from tech backgrounds.

"Is it ethical to use AI in my work?"

This is one of the most important questions you can ask, and the fact that you are asking it already puts you ahead. Ethics is woven into everything we do in these courses, from the 4 Golden Rules of AI Safety in Level Up to the full ethics review in Project Builder. You will learn to use AI in ways that are transparent, fair, and aligned with your values.

"Will AI take my job?"

AI is changing how work gets done, but it is not replacing the people who know how to think critically, build relationships, and make judgment calls. What it is replacing is the excuse to not learn it. The professionals who learn to work alongside AI will be the ones who thrive.

"I feel too late. Everyone else already knows this."

Most people do not. The headlines make it seem like everyone is an expert, but the reality is that most professionals are in exactly the same place you are: curious, cautious, and a little overwhelmed. You are not late. You are right on time.

"I do not have time for another course."

Each session is 90 minutes, once a week, for four weeks. The homework is built around your actual work, so you are not adding to your to-do list — you are using AI to get through it more efficiently. Most participants find that AI saves them time by the second week.

What Comes Next

You do not have to figure out AI alone. You do not have to follow every trend or become an expert overnight. You just need a starting point that respects your intelligence, your time, and your values.

Mindful AI is that starting point.
